As part of my coaching offer, I enjoy sharing details about my own personal work practices. In doing so, I make no claims about knowing which specific steps you need to take in order to be more successful or content overnight. What I can do is present paths that can get you closer to your personal goals.

My focus lies in providing expert guidance based on my extensive experience, addressing your problems from my own viewpoint and with a certain sensibility I've cultivated over the years.

Group Sessions

I’ve created group sessions in order to make coaching easily accessible. Each session consist of a 2h workshop, followed by a 60 minute Q&A. Registration is on a first come, first served basis, due to the limited number of participants.

Find out about upcoming dates here.

    • 2h interactive workshop on specific, pre-determined topics

    • 60 min Q&A

    • During the Q&A, participants can take turns sharing their challenges

    • During this time, other participants solely listen without chiming in

    • Each person receives individual, goal-oriented feedback from me

    • Solutions are deliberately not developed within the group to avoid confusion caused by too many opinions

    • Learning in a safe environment with peers

    • Creating community instead of feeling alone with problems

    • Observing the challenges others face and how they deal with them during the Q&A

    • Learning about topics that might not be important to you yet, but will be in the future

    • Connecting with others over shared experiences

    • Understanding that solutions for one’s own problems often already exist

My Approach

  • My management style is defined by the fact that I always see my partners as equals. A respectful approach to all people, regardless of their position, is very important to me. My goal is to create spaces that promote exchange and collaboration, rather than instilling fear. In my opinion, those who have good arguments do not need to intimidate others. At the same time, this conviction empowers me stand up for myself and the people I work with.

  • I assist people in making wiser choices so they can build a long-lasting career. In my opinion, a solid foundation that you can rely on in trying times is essential when it comes to achieving this goal. In the music industry, there seem to be countless options and, therefore, countless choices to make. I frequently see people taking on too much and attempting to do too many things at once. I provide insights on setting priorities and moving forward step by step. I want people to avoid feeling overwhelmed by the volume of work and maintaining focus on personal goals.

  • The well-being of my artists has always been my top priority.  I place a strong emphasis on consistently checking in with my artists to identify challenges ahead of time and offer options for dealing with them. When putting mental health first, regularly reviewing one's own goals and needs can be a great tool. At the same time, it is important to know what options are available if vital needs have been neglected.

  • I have been pursuing an inclusive approach in my work for many years. In addition to the mental health of the artists, the well-being of the team also plays a significant role for me. For years, I have been leading very diverse teams, consisting of people who experience various forms of marginalisation. I consider it essential to make their different needs visible, thereby creating an environment that prioritises safety and understanding. In the end, a satisfied team ultimately contributes to the wellbeing of the artists as well. I therefore have a strong desire to educate people on how to both appropriately provide and request better treatment.

  • Communicating in an easily understandable way is very important to me. Especially in coaching, I make sure that everyone can understand me and that I don’t assume any knowledge of technical terms. I always welcome questions during all my sessions.

“There are naive questions, tedious questions, ill-phrased questions, questions put after inadequate self-criticism. But every question is a cry to understand the world. There is no such thing as a dumb question.” - Carl Sagan

  • As a self-taught person, with no musical training, who often sought connection and guidance in the music industry, empowering people with diverse backgrounds is personal to me. I want to encourage all beginners who are just starting their careers, to take up space, no matter their level of education or experience. In addition to theoretical knowledge, practical experience is particularly difficult for many to access. I would like to contribute to changing that.
